1. Requests and availability
Submitting a quote or booking request does not reserve a date, create a transport contract or guarantee availability. Ironbark first reviews the inventory, access, route, handling requirements, suitable vehicle and crew capacity.
2. Written confirmation
A booking exists only after Ironbark issues a written quote and applicable service terms, the customer accepts them, Ironbark confirms availability, and any stated deposit has cleared. The confirmation will identify the agreed date, scope and price.
3. Accurate information
The customer must provide accurate addresses, inventory, access, parking, stairs, lift requirements and special handling information. Material omissions or changed conditions may require a revised quote, different equipment, rescheduling or safe refusal of affected work.
4. Price and payment
No price displayed in an advertisement or discussed before scope review creates a binding quote. Payment timing, deposit, cancellation and variation rules will be stated in the written quote and service terms supplied before confirmation. Do not submit card details through the website forms.
5. Excluded or specialist work
Ironbark may decline dangerous goods, unlawful items, animals, passengers, weapons, hazardous waste, unsuitable high-value goods, oversize or overweight items, or any work outside available equipment, insurance or competence. Specialist items must be disclosed before acceptance.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in these request terms excludes, restricts or misrepresents rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
