Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email, phone number, proposed move date, pickup and delivery suburbs, move size, access information and the details you choose to provide. Basic technical information may be processed to prevent spam and understand which page generated an enquiry.
Purpose
Ironbark uses this information to respond to you, assess pre-launch demand, plan potential services and protect the form from misuse. It is not used to create a confirmed booking.
Service providers
Cloudflare processes website traffic, spam verification and secure enquiry delivery. Google may process forwarded business email. These providers may process information outside Australia under their respective privacy and security arrangements.
Disclosure and retention
Ironbark does not sell enquiry information. Information may be disclosed where required by law or to professional and technology providers needed to operate the enquiry service. Enquiries will be retained only as long as reasonably needed for response, business planning, legal or record-keeping purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by calling 0432 693 670. Do not submit payment details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive information through the form.
Analytics
The site may use privacy-disclosed analytics to measure page visits, search traffic, telephone clicks and completed enquiries. Analytics must not be used to collect form contents or sensitive information.
